FAQs

Why is it better than the powdered milk?

Berry Good Milk is made from fresh raw milk, with nutrients in its original form. The process of turning raw milk into powder diminishes the natural nutrients.

No mixing is required. Liquid form is easier to consume and absorb, providing maximum benefits of nutrients.

We humans don’t drink powdered milk if we can avoid it, so why would you feed it to your cat or dog?

Is it safe for both cats and dogs?

Berry Good Milk is safe and beneficial for both cats and dogs. In particular, the high moisture and cranberry content can help with kidney diseases which are known afflictions in both cats and dogs.

I can see sediment in the milk. What is that?

Berry Good Milk does not contain any emulsifiers, which can cause sediment to float or settle at the bottom due to the product's unique ingredients.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the product quality. Just shake it well and feed it with confidence.

My pet is taking medications. Is it safe to add this to my pet’s diet?

This product is not made to medicate or treat a disease so it is safe to feed with medicine. If you are not sure, please consult with your veterinarian before feeding.

Can I heat the milk with the pouch?

You cannot heat the pouch directly in the microwave or on the stove. If heating is needed, it is recommended that you take the milk out of the packaging to an appropriate heatable container and warm it up before serving.

Should I keep it refrigerated?

As it is a sterilized product, it can be stored at room temperature before opening. Refrigerate after opening to prevent deterioration. Finish pouch within 7 days of opening. If the pouch becomes swollen, please discard it.
